I did not have to worry about researching a route, finding good campsites along the way, worrying about whether the mileage would be too much considering the terrain, worrying about where to find a good water source and the possibility that it might have dried up because of the extreme heat from the summer. Bruce takes care of all of that! He even provides your food! As a mom to 4 kids, that is always my responsibility to plan meals. Having that taken care of is a huge perk!
