"I called to have my washer repaired and he told me he wouldn’t be able to get to it until Wednesday or Thursday. He didn’t show up neither day nor did he call to inform me he wouldn’t be able to make it. Now I understand people get busy, but my time is important too. I can’t sit around waiting on you to come and you don’t. I would think twice before calling."
"I called almost a month ago to have my washer repaired , he said he would put me on his list and get to me as soon as he could. Waited two weeks and texted , he said his 4 apartment complexes were Keeping him busy but would keep on his list waited another week and a half texted him and he has no answered me yet. If I could take it to his shop he would fix it . Tell me how a 65 year old female with no truck or trailer is supposed to take it to the shop. At his point I would be afraid to take it to him , I may never get it back. Lousy way to run a business when you are really the only one around to fix these things. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HIM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR HIM TO GET AROUND TO YOU!"
