"Negative star. The driver cussed infront of children. He speed the entire time. He refused to slow down and showed no respect to the elderly that traveled with us. The driver was also racist. Once he knew that the passengers were African Americans, he said " I know your culture. Am I getting a tip". He didn't just say this once but throughout the drive from Boston to DC. We were promised WiFi and a TV. Both didn't work. The TV was busted. The driver suggested we fix it while he drives. Oh annnnd the bathroom. NOPE that didn't work either. So that meant no BR for 10hr ride both ways. Never again. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"I would give zero stars if it would let me or negative. Broke down, didn't even pull to the side of the road, left us between two lanes in 90 degree heat"

"Just when you thought there is no bus company worse than Joseph's Transportation in Medford, MA here come another one ranking even lower. I guess due to lack of oversight and lack of solid control from DPU and MA Dot you see more of these mom's and dads companies popping up everywhere with no oversight! The main office in Rockland, MA surprising set in a middle of residential area, is a dirty smoke filled building with ladies that they don't speak a word of English and the minute you walking in their office they look at you as you over passed you boundaries and you don't belong there. They rude dirty and forget any accomodations or serivces! Unbelievable!!!!!!! SHAME ON THE STATE OF MA FOR ALLOWING THIS SORTS OF COMPANIES EVEN ESTABLISHED!!!!"

"This company has a subdivision company called Tribal Sun Bus, which is hired to take people who buy onto a tour with Sunshine Travel to tour places like Washington D.C., Canada, Niagara Falls, and N.Y.C. The problem is that the driver sometimes is NOT ALWAYS SAFE! Last night here in Niagara Falls, one of their driver's (Mr. Zhong) was driving Bus# 9896. Upon parking the bus, he WAS NOT looking at what he was doing, and not paying attention to his surroundings. In doing so, he managed to clip my vehicle, scraping the paint and busting out my rear light. He admitted it was his fault but did not apologize for it. I cannot imagine how some of these drivers have a commercial license. I am driving a jeep and he can't see me---He is driving a huge coach liner bus----WHAT IF IT HAD BEEN A PEDESTRIAN!!!!???? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am still waiting to hear from this company to see if they at least offer to repair the damage that one of their employees created. I would NEVER hire this company Tribal Sun Tours to drive me anywhere with drivers like this. If I did, I couldn't sleep on the bus because of not trusting who they hire to be behind the wheel. ALSO NOTE: Sunshine Travel hires this company to drive people on tour to these four destinations."
