"Old. Real old"
"Small mobile home park. There are some modular homes on site as well. It's more of a low end mobile home park with new owners that just started so who knows if they are going to make any changes or improvements. Lots of stray cats that people feed out of kindness and dogs are allowed."
"E.L.S. that manages the park are money hungry tyrannts that constantly try to raise the rent and not provide any services. Trash pick up and snow removal is inconsistant and maintenence is very poor. This park has seriously deteriarated since they took it over."
"Property is terribly managed and has deteriorated since ELS took over. They always raise rent but haven't fixed playground fence in 3 years. Trash pick up is sporadic"
"Taunton Leisurewoods Manufactured Home. There you dont have pay for water or sewerage there. Hillcrest rent goes up 3 percent everyear. Rent is almost 700.00 it basically cover not much they. They pick up trash once aweek"
