"Used to come in here all the time to chat with the wonderful, helpful people working there, but now it seems none of them are here anymore! So disappointed we can’t see the cats! My daughter begs us to visit your store just to see them. Now it’s just like any other store. The people there now seem fake and only interested in getting sales."

They used to have cats, but I didn’t see them, so I asked, and they said that the manager makes them keep them in a cage in the back all day now. That is disgusting and inhumane. They deserve space and love and proper care. Very sad and a terrible loss for the community."
