"I called this location asking to rent the cargo van they had. The attendant lied to me twice, saying he didn't have it or that it wasn't available. He was trying to trick me into upgrading to a larger vehicle I didn't need. Finally, I reserved it through the website with no add-ons because I only needed it for one small local transport. When I went to pick it up, he tried again to upgrade me, then added extras to the bill, hoping I wouldn't notice. I told him to remove them, and he argued with me, saying I had chosen those options online. I made him remove everything. The guy is a snake! Don't do business here."

After our first load we realized we didn't need a truck that large for the remainder so we returned it and got a smaller truck for the rest of the time. They were very happy to accommodate us.
