"*UPDATE* It’s now been over 48 hours since I was told I’d receive a call back with an update about my vehicle. At this point, I’m considering taking legal action against 2A and will be taking my vehicle to another body shop as soon as I get it back to make sure the work was done properly. If I notice anything missing from my vehicle or find out work was not done properly once I get it back, I will be taking legal action against 2A and its owners. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! They’ll leave your vehicle sitting while working on other vehicles that came in after yours, they’ll tell you your vehicle will be done by a certain date without getting the work done, and they apparently try to work on several vehicles at the same time to make it last longer. When you get upset and call them out for still not having the work done after multiple dates being given, they insinuate you’re a liar and tell you they just told you to “check back in” on another date. Here’s an example - my vehicle has been sitting in their parking lot since late October. Due to an issue with insurance from the person who hit me, the inspection and estimate weren’t completed until December 21, 2023. When I called in on January 17, 2024 to get an update on the repairs, I was told my vehicle had been moved to the bottom of the list behind everyone else that had came in while waiting for the insurance situation to be handled. I was told during that same call that my vehicle would be ready to pick up by Friday, February 2. On February 2, I called and was given excuses about people being out sick with Covid, the flu, and other illnesses, but I was told my vehicle was in the shop being worked on and would be ready by Wednesday February 7 (today). I expressed frustration with being told it would be ready when it wasn’t, but I confirmed twice that it would be ready to go by today before getting off the phone with them. An hour before closing today, I call to find out when I can pick up my vehicle and get yet another surprise. First someone picks up from leaving me on hold and starts laughing before saying “hold on”, places me back on hold for a few more seconds, and then answers immediately spouting more excuses and outright lies. “Mr. Cooper, your vehicle isn’t done yet. I don’t know if there’s some kind of misunderstand or what, like if someone is just telling you to check back in on certain days and you think or assume it means it’ll be done by then, but we haven’t finished working on yours quite yet.” When I got frustrated and told her how ridiculous that is because this is the second time I was told a date that wasn’t honored, she got extremely defensive and basically called me a liar about it all. “I’m the one you talked to on Friday. I know I didn’t tell you it would be ready by today. I just told you to check back in today. All I can tell you is to check back in next week. I can’t guarantee it’ll be done by next week, but if you call back then I can give you an update. We have 4-5 vehicles in the shop at a time, and the boys don’t focus on 1 at a time. They work on one for a bit then bounce around from vehicle to vehicle until each one is done.” To get me off the phone, I’m told they’re going to talk to the boys in the shop and will call me right back. Here it is over half an hour later, 10 minutes until they close, and I still haven’t gotten a call back from anyone with an update. Save yourself the time, money, and headache by going somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing, won’t lie to you or call you a liar, and does business in a professional manner."
"They were great, I have an estimate but still waiting on work to be done. But so far seem very professional and fair."
"I want to say I had the absolute best experience with 2A getting my Jeep Gladiator painted! They were phenomenal to deal with and they did an excellent job! I could not be happier! They were so kind and paid attention to detail and handled all the paperwork for me! What an amazing staff and I would absolutely recommend them again! Thank you for everything you did for me!"
"2-A Paint & Body did a GREAT job on repairing my truck just as I knew they would. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will do so again if I need anymore work done. They were fast!!"
"We've joked about getting a customer loyalty card here because we're such frequency customers. Honest, fabulous at working with insurance (they were able to convince my insurance company not to total my car), I trust their opinion on what fixes are needed and what are just cosmetic or unnecessary. They have quick turnaround and have always taken great care of us."
