"Everyone was very friendly! HOWEVER, I pretty much was told with my down payment I could have a specific vehicle .. then it had issues and I couldn’t accelerate and wouldn’t pull hills. So they told me if I paid more down i could swap it for a KIA optima.. well they said it’s battery needed charging.. which I was fine with but the next morning it died on me 6 times while trying to get to work . TWO of those times on a busy interstate! And after nicely asking if I could just return the vehicle and have my down payment back I was told that wasn’t an option . That I could take the first vehicle back or nothing.. and in my opinion if it was them and they were done this way after putting down that much money they would be irate. The decent thing to do is to refund my down payment and call it what it is. But they won’t do that !! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced something so terrible . And I have always drove used cars and NEVER have I been given TWO back to back vehicles that I can’t even safely get to and from work !! JUST TERRIBLE !"
