"The vehicles oil change light was on which I mean that happens; but the vehicles skid light kept coming on and it kept wanting to take the vehicles steering wheel to the right. I talked with the manager she gave me $30 refund. Now I was only moving one item not that heavy like 100lbs; but imagine if I had loaded that vehicle heavier would the vehicles steering wheel be even harder for it to not take me right off the road. I used this vehicle on the back roads of Pembroke and East Bridgewater no highways and this vehicle was doing this I can only imagine if it was on the highway. Not satisfied at all with my experience here. Need to keep your vehicles maintained. Sorry for the lengthy comment; but in this instance this is a big safety hazard. I would like a full refund but if not that's fine but I will not be coming back here or recommending this location to anyone."

"I had a hitch installed. The service was fantastic. The job was done in a couple of hours. The staff was great and friendly."

"Friendly staff, brand new equipment, 24hr pick up and drop off. Was safely able to leave my car there overnight during a local rental. My only suggestion is to tell customers in advance where the key drop is after hours. I and another customer were both looking for the drop box for 15-20 mins before finding it. There is a photo of a drop box that must be stock photography used in the check in process that makes finding it very confusing. For those looking... It's mounted on the shed building to the left of the equipment return area, it is not near the main building."

"If I could give a zero, I would, I rented a truck to Maine. I brought the truck back quickly because it was all over the road, It was inspected and i was told, "its because the truck is empty," I returned with my thing and finished loading my storage unit. When the trailer was hitched with my car on it, I noticed the tire was flat. They checked it and found it has 10 PSI. I was told to "call roadside assistance". When I asked Jennifer Holman, "about how long will this be?' Her answer was, " Its a Friday before a long weekend, good luck with that," I was held up 6 hours waiting. She would not call me back. She was not open to giving me another truck because "it was packed already". On the way to Maine, I got another flat tire. Jennifer Holman did not respond to my written complaint. When I kicked it to a higher manager, she sent me $400 for my trouble. She is sarcastic, uncaring for the person or their things/ DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS DANGEROUS."

"For rentals I have used this place a few times and never had a bad experience. For storage, compared to the horrible experience I had at the Extra Space down the street, it’s WAY better and cheaper. Availability of spaces seems hard (I think I checked a year or so ago before I ended up at extra space and there weren’t any units available) but when my Extra Space was inundated with water and rat feces I was able to transition here for less money. It’s always clean, no humidity problems and 24/7 access."
