Reviews
"It's a nice fenced-in dog park with a double gated entry, central trail, and gravel all around. There's plenty of room to run and little "destinations" for dogs to play around, like fake fire hydrants and such. They have bags there to pick up poop and barrels for disposal. There are water bowls everywhere with jugs for visitors to refill them easily. There's benches for humans, shady areas. Parking is close by. It's set up with a separate area for small dogs and large dogs. I met a bunch of really nice people there, too. This is a dog and owner park."
"Great place for our new 4 year old dog that we just adopted"
"Not much to add to the review - as mentioned the park is spacious and most owners were tuned in to their dogs. To go from a 4 to 5 I'd say the place needs a few elements for the dogs but there's nothing wrong with the place as is."
"Love this place. Can be a bit tricky to find the right timing for the little dog side... it's not as active as the big dog side. Usually there's a good mix around 3 to 5 in the evening though... Sadie loves going and playing with her friends. They're super quick to address concerns when an issue comes up, like when there was a hole in the fence or the stakes were coming up. There are also events throughout the year that are fun to be a part of. The rocks I know irritate some paws which is unfortunate, but I understand it's an issue with drainage without them. I found using a paw balm helped prevent any issues with Sadie's paws so this was not a major concern otherwise. Glad to have it in the community!"
"I love to walk around the path with my dog as she greets other dogs, but I do wish there was more shaded spots to sit. There are a few benches but they are not in shady spots, so I recommend bringing some lawn chairs to put in the shade if you plan to sit. I've also only had one problem with another dog, when the owner couldn't control their dog, who started making my dog nervous, so we decided to leave but I have not seen them there since. But please do not let that one time thing sway you from wanting to bring your dog here! It really is a great place to let your dogs socialize, exercise, and... empty (they provide clean up bags and places to dispose of it)! Most people who bring pets here do clean up after their dogs and I've hardly seen any messes left behind. They really try to take care of this dog park."
