I had to switch my unit around due to not anticipating whether my things would fit and he was happy to help me find a better fit for my things. Overall, good experience for my first time."

"You need to fix the front door and make it easier to enter, exit, hold both doors open, etc. Also need to upgrade cart equipment. When I signed up, location manager told me carts had been stolen and that there were “a few left” - time to upgrade and have sufficient carts / a number of carts. New manager Kevin is excellent and redeems some less than pleasant interactions I had when I signed up. Thanks."

"The building and were always clean. The people working there were always super nice, friendly and very helpful. We moved because they constantly go up on the monthly rate. Also, I was not very happy the day we moved out. I still had 10 days left that I paid for and I was informed they do not reimburse money for days not used. I don't think that's right."
