"A trampoline park is one of the few things my two boys (11y.o. and 2y.o.) can enjoy together. It's stressful and hectic to take them out together. Some of the staff I encountered today need more coaching on dealing with the public. The girls at the front counter were courteous and helpful. However, one young man, Daniel, stood out. He was exceptional. He used please and thank you when talking to guests (adults and children), he was attentive, respectful, and polite. I even over heard another mom comment how genuine he was. The company is very lucky to have him."
"I am very disappointed and horrified by what my daughter and her friends experienced at this place. I was not aware of this situation until I have arrived after they immaturely tried to handle this with the cops and security and I am by far so furious with this place. As a mother seeing your daughter and her friends be so excited to spend some quality time with each other and have fun after acing their studies is heartwarming. But to see them come back with tears swelling from their eyes because of immature highschool workers who can’t run a place properly is beyond aggravating. Not only was the people working here young and disrespectful, but the manager was just as bad and did not handle things any better. For her to accuse my daughter and her friends with such strong language is very unprofessional and as a manager of a place that deals with a range of people of different ages, this was highly immature and negligent. My daughter and her friends all work in fields that require being professional and they work with a range of ages, yet they’ve never been as disrespectful as thing place was when they came to just have fun. These girls are some of the most responsible and very kind humans you’ll ever meet and for a place that is filled with workers who aren’t as old as them, they saw them as a target for their rudeness and tried to ruin their stay. Never again will this place be supported in my favor and none of them or my friends parents who got involved got a proper apology which is infuriating. The least, the very least this place could do was owe them an apology for how they’ve been treated and they were too immature to even say one. As people of color, my family and her friends, we don’t tolerate this type of discrimination and disrespect and we will take this more seriously. We won’t be sweeping this under the rug and letting this buisness take advantage of other children who can’t stand up for themselves and also have their stay ruined. 0/10 experience and please save yourself from coming to such a vile place."
"By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with me and my two friends. Today was supposed to be a fun day where we were supposed to have fun and enjoy. The workers here were super unprofessional, and did not do their job properly. They were very racist and rude towards me and my friends and ruined our stay. They were all not too older than us. Within our friend group, we all have jobs and have never been this unprofessional in any of our fields that are way more complex than this place. This place was all run by high school students, and even the manager looked as young as me. They didn’t not take their job properly and were being very petty over little situations that could’ve been handled if they communicated properly however they didn’t and they ruined our stayed. In which we took seriously as people of color we don’t want to be disrespected in a way where we don’t feel free to have fun in an area that supposed to be a place to enjoy with family and friends. As well as the fact that we had to make this a big situation show that they’re highly immature and could’ve done better to avoid such a situation. It was a horrible experience and would not recommend any teenagers or people of color to come here because the racism and unfairness is real. Considering half the people who worked there were people of color and seemed close to our age we thought we could have a better experience and not feel judged. However, that was not the case and many uncolored people were favored, and we felt mistreated by everyone in this faculty, and we did not enjoy anything and it was not worth our money. If your a teen then automatically your stay will be ruined by all these other workers who are petty gossipers and want to take advantage of your stay and ruin it. As well as they did not treat us like every other person in this area which makes us feel disrespected. We’re not bad people and have never done anything to bother anyone working and we even minded our own business. Almost every single thing we did was judged by them and they were being very picky with the way they were treating certain people. I hope this place gets a sense of control and better staff for a place that should be enjoyed. Will not be returning any time soon (ever again)."
"Me and my friends were not just exited but hyped to jump around on a Friday night. I have loved sky zone for so long I got there for glow night at 7:06 we waited in a line out the door that didn’t seem to move. After approximately 30 minutes we got to the front where we got are wrist bands and our socks. We then went to jump then we realized that we needed a glow in the dark shirt. We then went to the front of the line and were ignored for 15 minutes. When we finally got the chance to jump we only had 30 minutes to jump. Then the workers told us that are wrist bands were expired, when we paid 99.98 dollars for 90 minutes of jump time where we were limited to only 30 minutes. I am not mad I am just disappointed. You have lost a good customer today."
"I'm really torn about our first experience at the Sky Zone. On the one hand, it was great they had a separate toddler area for my 2 year old to play safely. There were trampolines, a climbing structure with slide, mini basketball hoop, and building blocks to dive into or create. When I tried to jump with my toddler gently to help him with his balance, I was told (nicely) that adults weren't allowed to do that. I was also surprised when I tagged out with my husband to check the other jump areas and see the age segregation continue. I couldn't try any of the regular areas because they were for kids. So I don't understand what was the point in buying a bracelet for me to jump. There was nowhere I could jump with my family, which took the fun and family bonding out of the experience. It's a nice and well maintained facility, but I don't know how mixed age groups are supposed to navigate and enjoy it together, which was a bummer because it could have been a fun place to play. It felt like being let loose in a candy store and being told you couldn't have any of the treats."
