"Online items were not at the store I went to 5 Home Depot buildings Chelsea to Danvers stores had 1 or 3 types of shower curtains Online said they have many colors And sizes. Wasn't true a few only had The curtain liners no curtains at all!!"

"Awful experiences after ordering their products from Newbury st, Danvers home depot. Ordered expensive rider on mower, was delivered at the wrong property, our signature was forged saying delivery was accepted ( found this thru email ), also found out that this was not the first time signatures were being forged at this location. Ordered washer and dryer with delivery and installation( stackable version), they didn't have the stackable kits upon delivery with them. They left the machines when repeatedly I told them I was on the phone with customer service. Went to physical location for home depot, and they cannot guarantee when the washer dryer will get picked up or when someone can install it."

"Walked into to danvers home depot looking for a pair of insulated gloves that i found on the website. I showered the worked Timmy the gloves i was looking for and he pointed and said they should be somewhere over there. I went and looked around and found nothing then retraced my steps for a second look and came up empty handed. So i went back over to Timmy who was slouched over and half asleep or half baked and asked him if he can show me where they where, however Timmy told me” You probably walked by then why don’t you go take a second look” I replied i looked twice can you show me. Timmy just looked down at the floor and had nothing left to say to me. Then i was ready to walk out i gave it one more try and asked Cheryl not only did Cheryl stop rolling around her paller jack and help me she also walked around the whole store with me until she found them. Its a bad worker like Timmy that will make someone skip a home depot and go to a Lowe's or a hardware store. Then theres good hard workers like Cheryl that will make you go back to a home depot."

"It's probably bigger than the one in Salem and Danvers. It's fairly organized, the selections give you enough options to choose from. It's mainly self checkout, only a couple lanes have an employee manning the cashier position."
