"The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. First, the mechanic incorrectly diagnosed my truck. After changing their story multiple times, they finally admitted to the mistake when I caught them trying to sell me unnecessary parts totaling $3800. Instead of making things right or at least apologizing, they were extremely rude. I decided to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere because I no longer trusted them to properly care for my vehicle. When I entered the office, one manager began making excuses until he was interrupted by the general manager who rudely and with a crass tone told me to “get out” because he “didn’t have time for this”. Keep in mind, I had just walked in and had not said a word to provoke such behavior. Fortunately, the staff at another local GMC dealership were able to assist me and provided me with excellent customer service. They have earned my business, while Action has permanently lost it. I am still in disbelief at the unprofessionalism displayed by one of their top executives."

"I was traveling and knew they were on my route. I called about an hour away and they said they could work me in, since I would be waiting. I arrived and was quickly checked in and had an update after about 20 minutes. Fast forward another 30 minutes and I was told I was good to go with no problems. They didn’t try to upsale me on anything and after about an hour I was back on my way. If their sales department is anything like their service department I might drive back from Atlanta when it’s time for a new one. Great experience!"
