"Amazing station! Easy to transfer from the outbound platform to the SL3 bus stop, but going from the inbound platform to the SL3 requires walking across the RR crossing. Local buses also come to the mall nearby. Canopies and entrances are located at both ends of the station (Use eastern entrance for buses). Canopies have heating systems, useful during a cold day. Trains blow horns for the crossings, so maybe stay near the center of the platform if you are sensitive to sound."
"Amazing Station! One of the few borth side high platform stations. I went the weekend before Halloween and it was cool to see six car bilevel sets with Rotem cab cars! The bus way gives a great connection to south Station and downtown Boston!"
"Train horn is so loud I feel bad for anyone who is trying to sleep in the hotels and apartments nearby. And as a bonus all traffic is stopped on the busy road nearby while passengers unload and load GENIUS! Any other way you can make things any worse mbta?"
"Although the waiting area is not enclosed on one side, the presence of an on-demand overhead heating system -- activated by pressing a button -- offers some added warmth on cold winter days."
"Easy access but a little exposed inbad weather. Generally the commuter rail is pretty reliable from Chelsea to North station and back"
