"This is one of the few fenced in parks in Chelsea. When I walk my dog early in the morning, I'll close both gates and let her run around a bit. I love the multi-levels, trees, and nice playground. There's also a free library you can check out. The view is pretty amazing too. One thing that bothers me about the park is that there is a water feature and the residents do not turn it off before leaving the park. Often, I walk to the park at 5am and find that it has been running all night. It's a huge waste of water."
