"Very helpful fixing a hold mail problem I had when I went in person. The hours (8 am-noon M-F) are very inconvenient, as is the travel distance from the delivery area, but it doesn't seem like they get many visitors. The phone system has different hours...I was unable to reach a human when I called 5 minutes before the 3pm closing time for that, though the automated system seems to be available 24/7. The PO boxes here have even wider hours: 7am-5pm M-F, 7am-3pm Sat."

"After having a series of missing letters, packages and fraud attempts (along with my neighbors) and nowhere else to file a formal complaint against the USPS, it seemed fitting to write it here. Today I was looking for a package that was said to have been delivered into my key-open mailbox. Our informed delivery stated that the package was at the facility and not delivered. A conflicting notification said the same package had been delivered into the mailbox, but it was nowhere to be seen. After going to multiple USPS locations trying to find the package, I was directed to this dismal corner of Chelsea, which I was told would be open from 8 AM to noon on Saturdays. At 8:30 AM on Saturday I arrived to find messages stating that it was closed and the only available times were during the week. Now it’s the middle of the week, and I was finally able to speak with a human. I provided the tracking number and the employee disappeared returning several moments later, saying the computers were allegedly down. He then disappeared for another few minutes and when he returned, told me he had spoken to my Mail Carrier who “remembers” delivering this package. The package that was said to have been delivered about three weeks ago. Then the employee told me how a package had been stolen from his building, and that it was just too bad because even USPS employees have things stolen. To summarize, we need a better Postmaster General, because this is just disgraceful!"

"USPS delivery drivers are horrible and cannot follow instructions. However, I went in person and Joseph was great with helping me find my packages that I struggled with finding for the past week. He was really patient and willing to help, after hours too! Thanks Joseph!"

"They refuse to answer the phone and have laughably ridiculous hours. I wish my job was ignoring phone calls for 3 hrs. I have the same problem as previous reviewers. Was home, no delivery was made but it got marked delivered. Opened case. Case closed with zero resolution. Can't check the case cause its closed. I have to come here but they're only open 3 hrs a day. Shame on usps for becoming this. 3rd time this has happened to me this year."
