"Sold us a lemon that loses oil and check engine light came on on the way home."

"Placed a 6 figure bid on a car this place had advertised on eBay. No other bidders bid up to my max bid so the auction never cleared the reserve set on the car to sell. As soon as this occurred I sent a nice note to the account owner to let them know I had real interest in the car and would like to discuss a possible purchase ( they had no idea that my max bid was above 100K). Waited a week after auction ended and no return note even acknowledging someone had interest in an item they were attempting to sell. Against my better judgement at this point I looked up their business and got an actual phone number to call. Called during normal business hours and got a voice mail, so I left a message. A week later and not even a return phone call after again expressing interest in an item THEY have for sale. You can judge for yourself what this says about their customer service however I can assure them it means they will not be selling a 6 figure car to me. Not sure they know this but plenty of other places to buy nice classics, people with the money to buy these type of cars won’t waste time with poor customer service. My reco to avoid."
