"This is the worst court, stupid judges always defending the bad people and the criminals I think Freaking lawyers pay some extra money to the people their so let them win the cases. I wish I could sue this court, I think all the people that agree with me could sign a petition to sue the court"
"Nice place, professional employees, helpful clerks/registrar's office & desk workers, when in person. (Different over the phone though.)"
"Watch out if you have a Magistrate Meeting w/ Revere Police, they do not play fair and you may as well take it right to the judge because the Revere Police Representative does not offer a fair chance. Typical Greedy Cop similar to "We own this city" Gun Trace Task Force Baltimore Police Department."
"This court is TERRIBLE. First, it is located in one of the worst parts of Chelsea and getting in and out is TERRIFYING. You can't have your cellphone on you, so you will be stranded in a dangerous part of Chelsea at the mercy of a court that could care less about your position. The Small Claims Clerks let anyone and everyone file a claim, with no documentation or proof of contract. My experience with the civil court is that they are very lackadaisical in collecting documentation from Plaintiffs and will accept a Complaint at face value with nothing more. They will inform the parties directly that it is okay to mail documents in but will mysteriously never receive these documents (although they've also never been returned in the mail, so where do they go???). The fact that it is so dangerous to go into this court is an obstruction to justice to individuals such as myself who would rather not risk their lives and bodies over a small claim. How to I go to a Court, without a cellphone, in what is known to be a highly dangerous area? I wouldn't even be able to Uber home but would instead have to rely on public transportation in Chelsea, which means waiting outside for unknown amounts of time in a dangerous area, by myself. Even riding the Bus 111 is an experience that I would not recommend to anyone traveling by themselves. At the very least, the Civil Court needs to be moved to a safer location."
"Chelsea District Court presents a Sophie's Choice like few others: Use the first floor and risk walking in on a probationer urinating in a cup, or use the second floor and risk walking in on a prosecutor dropping a deuce. This dilemma alone prevents a score above 3 stars, but when coupled with the fact that you'll find just two urinals and one stall per floor in one of the busiest courthouses in the Commonwealth, 2.5 stars is the best this writer can do. If you must, I suggest waiting until at least 2:45 PM, when the dust has settled on the arraignment session and you can find some peace and comfort."
