"I made an appointment with the designated agent who only does passports at 9:30am. When I arrived to the front for my appointment, I was told the agent wasn’t here and they don’t know when they would be here to assist. Not only am I waiting but there’s a family whose appointment was at 9am and is still waiting. As I am writing this, it is now 10am with no sign of the agent’s arrival. When you ask for an update, you are told “I don’t know when they will be in and you can always reschedule your appointment.” Now we are told she is here but she has some problems. Why would you make appointment for first thing in the morning when you don’t start until 10am? Will update soon with service."
"It's a mess. I paid USPS Priority Mail on April 12, and my package has been there since April 16 (10 days ago). No one has given me a clear reason why."

"Update: I got a callback at 6:30pm -- after I spent all this time trying to get in touch with them -- and someone else cancelled this arrangement. A dozen phone calls worth of wasted time. My local post office recommended calling them to set up an extended hold on my mail. I called them about a dozen times during their working hours and they never picked up. Got frustrated and kept calling for about ten minutes straight and they finally picked up. Once they did, they were able to set up the extended hold for me."
"Cannot express enough of my frustration for the service that government employees provide. 0 stars from me! God forbid they overwork 2 minutes! I hope when they go somewhere they will be treated the same way as they treat all of us. Their system has problems scheduling appointments for passport applications. They don’t receive it. When you come - you basically don’t have an appointment. My husband had before this problem when he scheduled for himself and he thought he made the mistake but then we did it for our newborn and the same situation has happened. The refused to take us even if we had all the documents and photos ready. All they needed is just to enter us in the system. It takes less than 10 min, but no! The woman said I have a lunch in 12 min and cannot take you. What if there was an appointment? Ok, I will tell my newborn to wait eating for an hour because the usps employee doesn’t want to do any work!"
