"I had a million different issues to sort out, I reached out by email with a laundry list of questions and they and they were polite, prompt and efficient in answering them as well as solving a few of the issues I had."
"I had a great experience with the Brazilian Consulate in Boston during a difficult time. I am very grateful to them for their professional and psychological assistance. There is no money in the world that could pay for all the help I received. All I can say is Thank you Brazilian Consulate!"
"I had a great experience with the assistance received in the Consulate Geral of Brazil in Boston. Clarete and Rose went above and beyond to help my family and I. They were very professional and mostly important they solved my issue."
"I have visited dozens of different countries and went to the consulate for a visa, but this is the first time I have seen such a bad place. I applied for a visa, and weeks have passed without any response. They do not answer my emails, their phones do not work, the teleassistant helps me and then hangs up. I paid an extra USPS fee to have my passport sent back to me and put it among my documents. Finally, I decided to go to the consulate. I went, and I experienced the most angry moment, they did not send me the passport even though the processing was completed about a week ago. I do not understand how you can be so incompetent, this is complete disrespect. My advice to those who will apply for a visa, DO NOT apply at the Boston consulate!!!! I am absolutely serious about this.!!"
