"This consulate is absolutely incredible!! I travel a lot and I have been to a lot of consulates and embassies, and no where else have people been so incredibly kind, efficient, and going above and beyond to help! The entire team at the consulate is not only amazing at the work they do, but also actually want to help you. I'm really grateful to everyone here, thank you!"
"There is a reason why most of the foreign embassies in Boston have a rating of three or lower while these guys have four stars or more reviews. They are hands-down, some of the nicest people who understand that when someone is trying to visit an embassy, there is something extremely critical or life-changing and treat them with compassion, empathy, and efficiency. Iโve gotten Visa through them twice; once in 2021 and once in 2024 and both times Iโve been amazed at their follow ups, efficiency and of course, the hospitality and niceness! This time I worked with Corina and Panos and despite some minor hiccups on my side, they ensured that the process was smooth and got my visa on record time. Wish I had ten stars to give!"
"Rarely answer the phone, and they don't answer the emails (the only way to make an appointment), I've been trying to make an appointment to get a visa for a long time for an upcoming trip, but I haven't received any response. They should have more responsible people working there. For a Schenguen Visa I needed to have a flight and hotel reservation and I have everything the only thing I need is the visa. Their website doesn't say how long it takes to make an appointment they should have everything clear. Update, 8/2/2023, I received an email saying that they don't have any appointments before my travel date, so I sent them another email with all the proof of the hotel and flights (all paid), and begging them to please find me an appointment. I'm still waiting for an answer. Also Their website says: "The visa application shall, as a rule, be lodged to the consular authority at least 15 days before the intended visit and no earlier than three months before the start of the intended visit". That makes me understand that I can find an appointment up to 15 days before the trip, but no, it's a lie, they don't even have appointments within three months. They should make things clearer and tell people to start looking for an appointment at least 5 months in advance, not to say that after gathering all the documents they start looking for one."
"I had some Geek residency issues to resolve via the Greek General Consulate of Boston. I found their personnel responsive, helpful and their advice and services timely and perfect. On a general note, it is gratifying to observe that the utilization of current technologies (communications, databases, authorizations, etc. between the official government offices has made a huge difference to the Greeks abroad). Bravo."
"I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Greek Consulate in Boston and was very impressed with the speedy and efficient service I received. To my surprise, I was even stopped by the Consul General, Symeon, who took a moment to ask if I was pleased with the service. This personal touch not only showed a genuine care for the satisfaction of their visitors but also left a lasting impression on me. It's rare to see such high levels of customer service and personal attention in such settings. I highly recommend the Boston Greek Consulate for their exceptional service and commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for all."
