"I can not thank them enough. They are truly a step above any other funeral home. They received my call on a Monday and had my mother in their care by Tuesday. They were extremely accommodating, patient, and detail oriented about how she would want to be honored. They gave us a full breakdown of what to expect and how they will take care of her. Patrick the director personally made sure the details and timing of everything was absolutely perfect. I mean perfect. They enhanced 40yr old photos , they arranged them in a complete series for my family to walk along and remember her life. They laid out the flowers surrounding her urn and gave us the freedom to change anything we didn’t like no questions asked. The staff was professional, compassionate and welcoming. They checked with each guest as the ceremonies were started if they could do anything for them. They made sure my sisters and father had space and privacy but were ready to assist and even had conversations with them to help give them comfort. The facility…. omg it was beautiful. Not stuffy not cramped not gloomy. It was classy and tasteful with plenty of room if you need to breathe for a minute. The place was spotless, not a speck of dust or a wrinkle in a carpet. If you want to give your loved ones a stress free beautiful send off trust they will do everything possible like they did for me.
