"Good hike up the mountain! A bit tiring but once you get to the top it’s a great view and prices are cheap!"
"I love to hike to the blue Hill Observatory with my kids and wife. We try to get up to the conservatory at least Once a Month recommended for the whole entire family to get some fresh air and stay off their cell phones, so more hiking less cell Phones Have. Fun and bring lots of water on hot Days, You’ll be surprised the wildlife if you hike quietly Enough."
"Absolutely great place to go for a hike/ride. Plenty of parking. Houghton’s pond close by. Easily accessible. Elliot Tower was closed as of Aug. 2023… do not expect it to re-open this summer."
"It's worth the hike up for the view. You can see the Boston skyline, the Boston Harbor Islands and see Mt Wachussett from the tower. It has picnic tables and provides a great opportunity to rest."
"There are numerous paths to get to this tower. The steep hill from the main road is the best for a good workout. By the time you get to the top, you'll find many great spots to sit, relax, eat and enjoy the wonderful view. As of 2022, the tower and observatory are still being refurbished. This will not hinder your exploration of the hill."
