"If you are confused: The 148 building is actually off of Ward Ave just into the curve. I have tried to edit google but not sure if it will hold so do this... Park on the street curb before you arrive at 148 driveway. Walk to check in. Then go on Will Call in the parking area behind the building which is accessable from the Rogers Rd. Entrance. Just follow Ward Hill past the entrance and around the curve then turn right when you get to Rogers Rd. It takes just over an hour to load a trailer (usually) so ask how many are ahead of you and do the math. *Note: as you pass the entrance around the curve keep your eyes open on the right hand side, you can see a driveway that says it is an "Exit" only to Cedar. This is actually the best entrance and the regular drivers know it. I confirmed at shipping office that i can enter there. Otherwise, if you go to the actual entrance you will be stuck in a very dangerous blindside position. Just come back from Will Call the same way i wrote for you to go to Rogers rd. as this will set you up for the turn into the exit driveway. Keep ot slow because there are plenty of drivers not aware of the situation that exit through this drive."

"Appt 5 pm. Got at 3 pm. Got a door only at 8 pm. It's midnight. Still not loaded. Avoid! They always say: "we load you in 2 hours" and then nothing happens"

"Locals seem to come in and out no problem. Long distance guys are eating it hard seems like. Load was for 8:30, I got there’s couple hours late due to receiver taking forever prior, got the door at 2. Left at 3:30 only for half trailer load. Few guys got in there before me and were still sitting there."

"Very very unsatisfying experience, been waiting extremely long for them find 12 pallets that were supposed to be ready by 5 PM, they have no regards for appointment time. And extremely unorganized, we're talking about from loading to unloading. They have trailers just sitting in the doors. Drivers going out of their minds that these guys are extremely slow. Who ever pays these employees to work. Is clearly paying them to much. Because these people aren't doing their job. Got in. Seen people in their chairs playing games on their phone, loaders sitting and hiding in a corner making jokes and wasting time by the hour. It's extremely sad. And frustrating that drivers have to sit and wait for these idiots to make up their mind if they want to work or not. Just over all my experience here is extremely poor."

"1. Very long wait, even at pickup 2. Entrance & Exit signs mixed up 3. Dirtiest honey bucket restroom I have ever encountered in my whole life 4. Tight backing space to dock 5. Staging parking a few blocks away (if you zoom out in google maps you’ll see it marked there) On the bright side, staff is neutral. At least they’re not mean, if that can be taken in consideration"
