"They allow overnight parking. Got rid of their Porta-Potty & does Not let drivers use their washroom/bathroom. Came up with the old excuse saying that their bathroom was broken & so drivers can not use it…. Stop lying & just be honest … Drivers are not stupid!!!! Broker made a mistake with my delivery schedule & they refused to unload before getting paid their so called $400 (USD) Late Charge Fee… there goes my 8+ hours of On Duty remaining time …. They could have accepted the shipment which they Obviously Ordered & deal with the Broker afterwards. Couldn’t get hold of Broker because of the Canadian Holiday so was forced to wait here for an entire day."

"open at 7 am. Ring doorbell and they will open door no need to call at the number given. Overnight parking available. Checkin at 7 and you will get dock and they take more than an hour to unload. Washroom available inside building."

"This place is truly and utterly awful and hopeless. It has potential and promise but it seems to have been forgot about in the drive to be cheap at the expense of everything else. The business operates worse than a single hot dog stand cart could ever be run. There is a lack of true foresight planning, lack of training, lack or organizing and organization, lack of people to do the work. There is often sass and unprofessional attitude and demeanor from the owner and operations manager when they hear items that they don't like even if the truth. They both have lost touch with the operating of the business. Most items and tasks are decided and tried to do day of rather in advance. Product that they ship for customers is often not in the warehouse ahead of time when it needs to be in order to be loaded. Or it is but it was supposed to be picked up by a driver somewhere else creating more of a hassle for everyone involved. They pay under what they need to to bring in and keep good talent at all levels, benefits and the rest are a joke, not a good joke either. They fired one office worker for being on his phone when he had completed all of his work. The response was he should do more work, though was he trained to perform other and more work or given more work? Absolutely not. The few employees there, are worked more and more which causes more items to fall through the cracks. The response when something is missed is that they're not working hard enough or paying enough attention. When they do things right it's OK, for about 10 minutes before the criticism's of what's been done wrong start to steamroll in. It's like a Bi-Polar nightmare on steroids. The equipment is old, outdated, or just doesn't work right because nothing is synced into a meshed network. Billing, appointments, Routes, Product, Tracking it's all a mess. Better places to work for, and better companies to do business with. The only reason some are doing business with them is because there is not much in the way of Cold Storage Warehouse options in the Northshore Area of Massachusetts. I'd give the place less than 1 star if I could."

"This is awful location! I was scheduled here for 7 am pick up. Arrived earlier, and they have signs to call and do check in through the phone. Called them several times, no answer. And parked in their yard, felt asleep. Couldn’t hear my alarm, and was late for 1,5 hours and they told me to pay $415. I was able to bring it down to $257 with help of my dispatcher. I will try never to come back to this facility. I will ask my dispatcher not to take any loads in and out from here!!!!!"
