Welcome to the First Congregational Church of Salem, NH, a warm and inviting place of worship located at 15 Lawrence Road, Salem, New Hampshire 03079. As a proud member of the United Church of Christ (UCC), we embrace a rich tapestry of denominational backgrounds, including Roman Catholic, Presbyterian, Baptist, Episcopal, Lutheran, Methodist, and Congregational Christian.

At our church, we believe that no matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here. Our fellowship is a vibrant community filled with friendly and open individuals who have discovered the freedom and joy of faithful discipleship in God – together. We are a diverse group of parents, singles, seniors, teens, and children, each living out our faith in our unique ways.

Our church is the perfect size for you to become part of our family without feeling lost in the crowd, yet large enough to support a vital ministry with a variety of programs. We are a learning community committed to finding creative ways to pass on our faith to our children, enhance our biblical literacy, and nurture our spiritual lives. Regardless of your age or stage in life, First Congregational Church offers ongoing opportunities for spiritual growth and enrichment.

Throughout the year, we host intergenerational services and activities, fostering a stronger church family environment where adults, children, and youth can work and worship together. Join us for worship services on Sundays at 10 am from September to June, with Noah’s Nursery available for young children. During July and August, our Wednesday services at 7:00 pm are preceded by a supper served at 6 pm.
