"I guess it’s fun, but it’s pretty gross. The one in Goffstown is much cleaner. There’s melted ice cream & trash all over the floors, no soap in the bathroom and TWO employees used the bathroom, no one got more soap and obviously no one washed their hands. The kids will definitely need to be sanitized head-to-toe when we get home."
"I have brought my son and his friends to Fun City 3 times now and it NEVER gets old to them. We recently visited Saturday December 2nd for my son's 11th birthday and he brought 4 friends and they had a blast. I purchased the VIP Jump Pass for everyone and they got over 120 minutes of Jump Time , Laser Tag, and Bumper Cars and Jump Time and Laser Tag happens every 15 minutes.. We arrived at 1:15pm and finished up at 4:30pm.. I did have to purchase jump socks for everyone, which was an additional $3 per person, which I wish was included in the VIP Jump Pass, but overall, perfect day!! On a side note, the staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly and the place is ALWAYS clean, including the changing rooms and bathrooms!! Definitely a place worth checking out, especially in those cold snowy months!!!"
"Was most fun I' ever seen in one place All children and adults happy and pleasant So much to do Large room of bouncing section to section Tunnels leading to really big slide below,as well as ropes course & arcade Also on upper level was play area for real little kids, slides into ball pit, more bouncing places- to basket ball hoops, or landing safely from steps, bouncing onto a wall Also a zip line for anyone over 42" And there was a moving roller to walk on where you'd land in foam blocks My four yr old couldn't get out and then I couldn't get myself out but older kids helped and further in after saw a tool/ roller with handles could use to help someone out There were massage chairs (awesome for me) And there was an area where you could put yourself inside clear ball Like things roll over or bounce off another safely Really so many choices of activity and entertainment for everyone. It was so awesome. We loved it."
"I attended my niece's birthday party there yesterday, it was booked 3-5pm. My cousin checked in and was told to go to the party room at 2:55pm. We go to the room and there was a full on party still going on, just sitting down to eat their pizza, didn't have cake yet, but according to the schedule posted the party was to be done by 245pm to allow for the clean up and set up of the next party. Note in the pict there was no party scheduled before the 1245pm party. When my cousin went back to the front and let the manager know there was a party in there, the manager decided that she would not do her job, but instead request that OUR PARTY just stand outside the door and window and wait. I let my cousin know that we will not be doing THEIR JOB. Finally at about 3:05pm the party brought out the cake and the fun city party host waited till they were done singing to let that family know they would need to move out of the room, which was finally at about 315pm. What proceeded after this was entirely ridiculous: 1. They had that one teenage party host in the room to clean up the party mess, set up the new party, whilst checking the kids in, giving socks and wristbands. When my cousin asked the front for another person to help, she was denied. 2. We ended up cleaning up from the other party and setting up our own party. 3. Kids were not even out there to jump till 330pm. 4. The party host tried to save face and let my cousin know that the manager graciously agreed to allow us to stay 20 mins, forgetting its not just about the missed time, but also not getting the service she was to pay for: room clean up, party set up, drinks in fridge, essentially a seamless and stress free experience. 5. When my cousin asked to speak to an adult the manager and her lackey decided to call their rent-a-cop with a camera and a weapon to come join them to confront and intimidate my cousin. They didn't bank on there being more than enough support from the witnesses of the whole thing. 6. Her father in law negotiated a price with the staff with the promise pizza would be there at 430. Pizza came late and the drinks came even later while the kids were super thirsty after jumping for an hour. 7. The best part of this was that the next day, the invoice showed they charged for 20 kids when in fact there were 15 kids. 8. Note the walls are missing paint and the bell to ring your host is literally not even on the door. From management to regular staff, it is clear that they want to do the bare minimum at their job. They also have zero customer service and time management skills that are required for coordinating events of any kind. They are fine with the customer doing their job, and expect to still get paid for it. I will never step foot in this establishment again."
"I had read the reviews beforehand that mentioned how filthy this place is, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. My mistake. It’s very, truly dirty inside and out. It looks like no one has done any cleaning in months. I bribed my kid to leave after only an hour because of how dirty it was. My other complaint was that I took the time to fill out a waiver on the computer on site, and then one of the workers came and told me it didn’t go through, so I needed to come back to the desk. Overall not a very good experience, and I’ll opt for Launch or Altitude next time. Update: my child is sick after playing here."
