"I have been going to the Elizabeth Grady Braintree location for probably close to 20 years. Tonight was my first non-enjoyable experience. I went in for a Microclean as I usually do. Unfortunately, the esthetician I usually see no longer works at the Braintree location. In any case, the woman I saw was very nice, but my experience was vastly different from previous Microcleans. The woman asked if I wanted the mitts and also if I got steamed before the microdermabrasion. I honestly could not remember the order, but I am also not the professional conducting the service. I was met with many cold tissues on my face, hardly any extraction and no follow-up moisturizer or mask at the end of the procedure. I shared my sentiment at the front desk with the manager Jen, and as a long time client, you would have thought there would be some kind of concern or inquiry by Jen on how EG could do better. Nope, nothing. Instead Jen insinuated that my previous experiences were not typical and truly seemed like she could not be bothered. For a 50 minute $200 procedure, plus tip, it should be a positive and enjoyable experience. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to EG Braintree."
