"honestly just from my experience asking her about retie times and trying to book was unprofessional. I’m sure she does some great work, but the professionalism is lacking HEAVY. I booked an appointment for interlocking and starting talking with her after being rescheduled. I asked her some questions because I’m new and was a little confused about the timing of interlocking ( just because the person who started my hair said 2 weeks and I was intrigued) to which I get no response for days. Then I reach out one last time to say if I should wait or take my money somewhere else, to which I’m blocked. Maybe communicating with your client would help you."
