"Avoid at all costs! The elevator is always broken. Had to move in and out of my 3rd floor unit by carrying all of my stuff up and down two flights of stairs. Their office onsite is never staffed, and they didn’t allow me to return the lock that they forced me to purchase in order to book the unit (after saying that they would allow me to return it). I would highly recommend choosing a different storage facility. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, and I genuinely would not want to hurt a site’s business, but I feel like it is necessary to warn others so that they don’t have to deal with the horrible customer service and facilities here."
"I misplaced my keys, and the manager gio was fantastic and incredibly patient throughout the whole cutting process. I've consistently had positive experiences here. One suggestion would be to have two people in the office, as it can sometimes lead to delays when staff members are out on site. Cheap units in an expensive market! Nonetheless, the customer service is excellent, and I'll definitely keep come back next year."
