"The tiny park here is run down and overgrown with weeds. It looks completely uncared for - the gates barely close, no water, equipment is poorly laid out, and the space is too small for anything that requires a "run-up" It's a shame."
"I really wanted to like this, because my dog loves getting to sniff and play off leash and see other dogs. Unfortunately, it’s very poorly maintained. Literally covered in cigarette butts. Photo is all the butts I found *inside* the dog enclosure, nevermind the hundreds more around the area. Also, there’s a double enclosure for the entrance but not the exit, which seems like an odd choice for re-leashing a dog. There’s space for it in the design, so it seems like they maybe just gave up putting more fence together. We’ll be exploring other dog parks in neighboring towns to find something cleaner and safer."
"Great local place to take dogs, most owners very friendly, and a good enclosed space, with separate ones for large and small dogs"
"There is water from a moving creek [very important let's skip Lepto] across and kitty corner Sadly, the dog Parkour set up means there's even less room for a few dogs. I think they must have gone to a shelter and said "hey we could make something bigger!" Edit 2023 most of it is broken now. You know when you get a few people together to make a decision, and one is so oppressive you give up? Well, that's this. Multiple units for jumping over a rope? 8" off the ground? Can we say Tort? Then a table flush against the fence? Look. If a dog tried to use these for tricks they'd knock their brains out. So so poorly planned. Just imagine the cost. This is a classic example of costly waste of money. On the plus side "look we can ignore the lead and put dogs here to shut everyone up! And we can tell them to get out of the Beaver Brook area!" For shame. Good part is dogs under 30 pounds have their own area. Much safer. Little dogs bite."
"Looks like the trash bin has not been collected in a long time since smells pretty strong. The place in general is good but there is not water fountain for the dogs. The day that I went was empty, I don't know if the people go there in different hours or is like all the time."
