She is always helpful when I need a product and informing me of the current specials that are available. At other spa's when I get a waxing I tend to break out but Elizabeth Grady in Andover the wax and the technique is perfect for my skin. COVID has been tough on everyone and Elizabeth Grady in Andover is very thorough with the precautions. I feel safe and come out with my skin feeling great when I leave. I am very happy with Elizabeth Grady in Andover. I have going to this location for the past 4 years and every treatment has been Great!!"

"I went in for a Brazilian yesterday and was not pleased. Although it was better than some establishments, they were still lacking. I really like Elizabeth Grady's ambiance and products, but the woman who waxed me didn't hold my skin taught, left a lot of random pieces of wax on me, missed more than a few hairs (and didn't pluck them), and she completely missed my backside! For $75 I thought this was a rip off! I've had a hard time finding a good waxing place recently, and the wax itself was not nearly as painful as the last place I went to, hence the three stars, but I do not think I'll be returning any time soon!"
