"The massage it self was good… but at end when I tried to leave a tip, I was told that it wasn’t enough. I paid full price for a service and I have the right to tip what I feel comfortable with. After a relaxing massage, I did not want to argue, so I gave a higher tip amount. I hope the extra money was worth losing a potential weekly client and also a bad review. If you want to get paid more for your work you should charge more. It is very rude to demand money. A tip is a courtesy and should be at the discretion of the person paying for the service. This was very unprofessional and ruined the entire experience for me."

"Had a female masseuse the first time, she was great. Male masseuse the second time and it was less pleasant. The next day I was in lot of pain and my lower back was bruised."

"I received a foot massage for an hour. Firstly, during the massage, the therapist kept switching around. Secondly, she spent 30 minutes on my shoulders, but even the shoulder massage wasn't great. Thirdly, it's the first time in my life that I've had so much cream applied to my legs. Very sticky. Not only did she barely touch my legs and feet, but her technique was also very lacking. She couldn't properly find pressure points. Fourthly, she kept looking at the clock. I still gave around 15% as a tip, even though it felt too much, but she didn't even say thanks or bye but I could see an unpleasant expression on her face. It was a very disappointing experience, even though I spent my own money on it."
