"I contacted Rich from Preserve Services in Pembroke, ma. after receiving a flyer in the mail at my business address. While I had no immediate service needs at my office location I had been searching for a reliable contractor to perform painting and carpentry repairs at my home for months. My house is directly on the water and receives the force of Northeast Atlantic storms regularly. The demanding environment requires proper surface preparation and repairs to achieve positive results. Rich returned my call within one day. Showed up on time for our project meeting, produced a fair price quote within a few days, and agreed to achieve my requested completion time schedule. The work scope involved trim and clapboard prep. and paint, as well as replacement of numerous trim sections with composite Azek. The crew commenced the job on the scheduled start date, and worked safely and diligently every day until completion. During the course of the work we discovered additional out of scope trim that needed repair and Rich priced the added work fairly. His carpenter did a great job removing and replacing the sections that needed repair. Juan and the paint crew performed the work safely, professionally, and were very neat and organized throughout the process. I rarely leave reviews, but when I come across very good service I'll take the time. I am not a friend or relative of anyone associated with Preserve Services, but I will hire them again !"
