"I went to Staples on Church St in Pembroke to return an Amazon purchase I asked the clerk Lewis about my return and she took care of it promptly. I guess while I was beong helped a women stepped in line behind me. When Lewis gave me my receipt I informed her that I needed my medicare card laminated. Lewis asked if I could wait while she took care of the other customer. I said okay. Meanwhile 2 more people stepped in line and Lewis said I had to wait for everyone to be helped prior to I was the first customer and i felt i shouldn't have to wait so I left Customer service like this is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned first come first serve"

"We go through a lot of office supplies and desk station builds at our office. This store always has desks and filing cabinets available for same day pickup and has helped resolve online Staples orders for us as well. Their printing department is great and all of the poster/laminated prints have come out really nicely. Highly recommend!"
