"Don’t ever buy a washer from this Lowe’s facility in Pembroke MA. Delivered the wrong one replaced with a second one that didn’t work, delivered a third that didn’t work. Had to buy another one and never got a full discount from them, all I ever got was lies. Very disappointing!"

"Today it was 5 stars, not always so. My wife went with a list, she had associates help her find items. One was a full sheet of sheetrock. They helped her load it into a cart, helped her out of the store and load it in the van. Most helpful!"

"These guys have been working round the clock to make us happy during this quarantine. I’ve seen first have what happen to a home improvement type store when people are stuck at home for months. When I head into the Lowe’s in Pembroke the staff is always willing to help. They helped me price out a job I was doing on the spot and even saved me some money. All in all this is the place for basic home improvement."

"Went to Lowe’s to purchase countertops after speaking with sales rep decided to purchase cabinets as well. She gave us quote and said she would contact us because she had to get the install quote. Waited over a week and was never contacted. Called and left messages and no call back. She finally called and sent the full quote. Next was she would send someone to measure. This person was supposed to be at house between 1-3. At 4 no one had shown so we called store. Person showed up at 530 and did not speak a word of English. He took measurements and 3 weeks we still have not heard from sales rep. If I’m spending over $10,000 and there is zero communication from the store and the contractors they work with can’t communicate or arrive on time I’ll spend my money somewhere else."
