"Wells and Co Builders are your go to for upscale home remodeling, Toby and his crew can do it all. We have a specific period home built in the 1890’s. It was important that as we made updates, the period aesthetic was maintained as well as provide modern updates to electrical, heating, cooling systems, etc.. many people who visit our home frequently can’t tell the difference where Toby’s work begins and the original detail and character ends. We have hired Toby three times for major renovations projects over the course of 6 years as we took care of a great bit of deferred maintenance."
"We had such an excellent experience working with Wells and Company. Prior to hiring Toby and his team I worked with a designer to help me create more of a flow in our 1930 Georgian Colonial home. The layout was challenging and we didn't want to gut the place. Toby listened and understood the type of space I was wanting to create. We worked as a team and when there were hiccups(this old house most certainly had its share of hiccups..hello original electrical!) Toby and his team were quick to problem solve and not only remedy any issues but also make it even better! Wells and Co renovated our kitchen( took it down to the studs), re-routed plumbing to turn an office into a stunning spa-like ensuite bathroom. We also moved our laundry from the first floor to the second floor, updated electrical and so much more. Toby is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The finished product is perfection and I just couldn't be happier."
