"We started working with Infinite Granite and requested a quote on an installation. I went back in a while later because my wife was looking for a specific type of granite, and they suggested she drive out to Westborough to see it. That was about a 90 minute drive one way. I explained to them that it had been a little while since we requested the quote, but we would need photos of the material because the drive was impractical for us having small children. The guy helping us told me he would send me photos. I caught the other guy rolling his eyes at our conversation and had to hold my temper a bit. He was already disgruntled because they were trying to find our quote since it had been a few months. Regardless of the circumstances, it was unprofessional treatment. I gave the older guy the opportunity to produce the photos on the chance that his coworker was bad. I never received the photos and they lost the job. This is on my list of places that wont get my business. There are a lot of options out there, there is no reason for settle on doing business with people who don't respect their customers."
