"Kevin and his team performed work on a few other townhomes adjacent to ours (flat roofs). Everyone raved about his work and his follow-up, as did many other reviews here on Google. He quoted us, he did the work in late Aug of 2020 and we were pleased - until the first heavy rain in Oct when water began dripping from the ceiling-mounted HVAC air return in our master bedroom. The next heavy rain in December woke us up at 5am with our ceiling fan throwing water on us that was leaking down the fan mount. We had no water ingress into the master bedroom prior to the work Kevin did. The day of the first incident (Oct 22nd), we sent Kevin pictures and let him know of the trouble. No response. Messaged again on Oct 29th which Kevin responded and said he would arrive "Sunday afternoon" (Nov 1st). No call and no show by 4pm on Sunday. Messaged him asking if he needed to reschedule, but no response. Messaged Kevin again on Nov 4th asking him to please come over and investigate. No response. On Nov 14th I messaged a long email detailing our experience to his email address and got a text message from Kevin the same day stating two of his employees tested positive for COVID and he had to "stop all work for the time being." He went on to say he was "truly sorry" and that he "will get it resolved and do whatever it takes." Since Dec 2nd, I've heard no more from Kevin. The Web site is no longer in existence, his cell phone says it's "out of service" and the phone numbers listed here on Google, Facebook and Yelp (the same number) rings as if it's busy. Sadly, we have had to engage another contractor to come in and fix what Kevin's team did. They did not install any flashing and did not seal the exposed seams which wrap up the wall, vertically. Water is getting under Kevin's overlay of new material and the rubber surface of the old roof and is noticeably collecting in "bubbles" in two distinct sections of the roof. The trapped water was somehow backing up and getting down into the ceiling of our master bedroom just underneath. Another contractor was nice enough to come over and slit through Kevin's layer so the water could escape in order to prevent more damage. Every drywall "tape line," around the fan and around the HVAC return air duct on our master bedroom ceiling is now stained brown. This is being written and posted on Jan. 8th, 2021. I would absolutely NOT recommend Kevin and his team even if you COULD get a hold of him. Our neighbors who have also had work done by Kevin have been alerted that their warranties are probably now non-existent."
