"Caution: This is an OUTBOUND stop only. The INBOUND stop is further up the street. This is marked by a small, easy to miss sign near the parking lot. I was waiting at the inbound stop and missed my train. At the next train, I saw a lady waiting at the outbound stop and missed her inbound train. Some very simple signage could eliminate this frequent confusion. Albeit, in keeping with Mass tradition, maybe this stop will keep it's old school lack of signage."

"Aside from some rather ambiguous signage to indicate a flagged stop for newcomers rarely familiar w/ the above close-knit area, hey, at least there was a sheltered roof & bench to wait on till my WB Commuter Rail to South Acton arrived. Beth Budner, Auburndale."
"Very clean and very lite up at night. There is no indoor structure to stay out of the elements but all in all it's a great place to get on or off there are always taxi service and it's othe bus route to all surrounding towns and city's."
"This is the outbound rail station for the MBTA Fitchburg Line. At the end of the platform is a raised area for handicap accessible entry to the train; the train can also be boarded down the asphalt line leading to Moody Street. Other than the confusing nature of this stop, it is well maintained and quite nice."
