"I used Lambert roofing for a full roof replacement in 2018. The original job was done timely and professionally. The final product looks great. In early 2023 we started to develop a small roof leak. I called Lambert roofing to come out and inspect. Rich was extremely responsive. He came out and was diligent to diagnose the cause. The next day a small crew out came out to make repairs. The entire repair job was covered under warranty. We’ve had a ton of rain since the repair with no leaks. The roof including the repair area still look as good as new. "Had a partial roof replacement in 2020 based on what I was told needed to be done from what they could see from the street. It's a 3 story house in Bradford and they didn't want to set up to get on the roof to see the whole roof for whatever reason. I was quoted and told if they found any additional areas they would let me know and make those repairs and add it to the cost. They canceled and no showed on me multiple times until I called and threatened to cancel my job. Over the past 2 years my tenants have mentioned finding shingles in the driveway so I just thought maybe they didn't do a great job cleaning up on the roof. Finally I set up a ladder off the back flat roof and went up and the whole back of the roof has shingles that are clearly in horrible shape that would have been visible 2 years ago. I sent them an email with pictures and asking if they wanted to set up to finish the job and no one even bothered to respond. Worst part is my wife's family is very friendly with Ronnie Lambert who has now retired and that's the only reason I've used them over the years. I'm not sure what's happening over there but the customer service is non existent it seems. The work itself seems good when done right with some other projects I've had them do that's why I gave a 3 star review. If I could give a 2.5 star review I would."
