From discussing the vision of the project and getting an estimate to getting the project underway and permitted, to construction, and follow through, everything was easy and well communicated. Once we got through permitting with the town, construction was remarkably quick- no issues with long breaks or delays in the work here! When we wanted to make a couple of changes mid-project the process was smooth and CJM was able to accommodate in line, without disrupting the schedule. I really appreciate that CJM assigns a project manager to each project, meaning all communication was with one person who knew all the details of the project.
