"We worked with Dennis on a kitchen remodel and he was truly amazing from start to finish. "Dennis helped us create a home office which included building a wall to create the separate space, putting in builtins, as well as adding plugs and recessed lighting. He also helped us refinish our fireplace, replace our wood burning stove with a gas insert, and add builtins bookshelves on either side. Dennis was really great and easy to work with! We walked him through our plans, he took some pictures and measurements and came back with a quote same day. He helped us source the cabinets and gas insert with those he knows in industry and answered questions the vendors had on the project. He is very communicative and always answers texts, calls, and emails, especially as we worked to finalize the plans. He was also very flexible with timeline, waiting for all of our cabinets and insert to come in and then starting immediately after. Dennis was very clean and professional. Before any work had begun, he came and laid down paper to cover the floors and set up plastic tenting around his workspaces so the construction was contained and wouldn’t cover our house in dust. It also allowed us to be able to live and use the spaces during renovations. Once work started, Dennis came everyday and walked us through the plan for the day and would let us know before he left what time he’d be there the next day. We had a few hiccups in our project that were discovered as we went along. For instance, we ended up needing our chimney repointed as water was leaking in from cracks. We also added brick to the existing fireplace inside to go up to the ceiling vs mantle height. Dennis helped get us a few different vendors and prices to make sure we got the work done quickly, but also correctly and for an affordable price. I cannot recommend Molla Builders enough. While his work speaks for itself, I think Dennis’ professionalism, organization, and easiness to work with are worth mentioning. We will definitely be using Molla Builders again for our future projects!"
