"We wanted to convert our attached garage to an ADA compliant first floor bathroom and laundry. First we got three sets of detailed plans, made changes and chose a final plan. Orazio provided a detailed expense sheet. Demo began and orazio and his whole crew went to work. They always took care to make the process easy on us. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done. It is beautiful! Orazio made it possible for us to remain in our home in our old age. "We used his company justdrawit to provide plans for an addition. He required payment in 1/3’s and the final payment was due prior to completion. It then took 5 months to provide the final version which he stated could be taken to any contractor who could, in turn, take it to a lumber yard and order materials based on the specs. We used our own contractor and he ran into significant issues with the elevations on the drawings. This caused thousands of dollars in additional costs. Trying to get Orazio to make changes to the drawings was like pulling teeth. The town inspector required new plans anytime a change was made because of incorrect drawings and he wouldn’t respond. His lack of professionalism is unreal. At one point I had to travel to his office in Reading and once I got there he was hiding in the back office and had his worker say he wasn’t there, despite the fact his obnoxious truck was parked out back. His delays in providing correct drawings cost us months and thousands of dollars. He submitted a bill for hundred of dollars for his “work” in correcting the plans and only when I told him I would sue for all of my own expenses which far outweighed his, did he stop trying to collect. A bit of a conman. I would avoid either just build it or just draw it. In addition, he was allowed to bid on his drawings to complete the addition and he was DOUBLE the cost of the contractor we ended up with."

"Amazing job by the Just Build It Crew in our home addition and renovation. Everything was on schedule, on budget and the communication with Orazio and team was always timely. Crew was extremely friendly and courteous and did great quality work, going above and beyond to tackle little tasks for us with care. Our new bedroom and porch look awesome and we will be booking projects again with them in the future!"
