"Had a significant leak in my roof after a December storm. KMK was over the day after the contract was signed to patch the leak so that we could wait until more favorable weather before replacing the roof. I liked this approach better than other roofers who wanted to do the whole roof asap regardless of weather. The estimate had some personal touches that I appreciated such as a higher model peak vent for an area that years ago had some humidity issues and a zinc strip for a small roof that gets minimal sunlight. There were some scope additions that either were discovered onsite or requested by me such as a peak vent for a inlaw unit that did not have one previously and a bathroom vent for a home project I was working on. The additional charge was extremely reasonable, I expected to be charged more for the add ons."
