"Signed up for a course that I was bumped from due to scheduling conflicts to the original schedule that I was the odd man out on (had done first session). Was booked for a makeup course months later that I was untimely not able to attend because life happened and, to be honest, I had already signed up for the course I knew I’d be able to attend (the one I was dropped from). Was offered no refund for either the course or the materials, which I did not use."
"It a delight to go in there. They always have what I'm looking for and more ."
"I bought a product from them that was defective. When I asked that it be replaced they told me not their problem, they only sell it. Call the manufacturer was the extent of their help. Terrible customer service. Might as well just shop on line with free shipping. Follow up to my review. I brought this issue up with corporate customer service. The manager of Woburn told corporate customer service that he did not have any of my item in stock so he could only send me to the manufacturer. That was a lie. First, he never looked at inventory but immediately told me to contact the manufacturer. Second, I looked at the web page after speaking with him and it reported three of my item in stock at the store. Why pay more money for the worse customer service than I get using e-tail stores?"
"One of the premier woodworking shops in the Boston area. Not cheap but not too expensive either, a great supply of woodworking tools, wood stock, books, and expert advice from the professional knowledgeable staff. I saw Tommy Silva in there once, which speaks volumes."
"Great staff - had some questions about a recently purchased plane (i'm a novice) and Artie was nice enough to take some extra time and show me some pointers in the shop. Love the customer service and knowledgable staff."
