"Robinson hires knucleheads. I called to see if they had a replacement inducer fan for my Goodman furnace. The guy looked up the model no. of my furnace and said they don’t carry the part and could not order it. He said it’s probably because it’s an old furnace. I bought the furnace there about 15 years ago which is not that old. He also asked me what company I worked for so he could look it up in his computer. But I said I don’t work for an HVAC company anymore . He accused me of being a “homeowner” and stated his company does not sell to homeowners. But I explained to him that I’m a licensed refrigeration tech and plumber and teach at a local trade school. I think that is why he did not want to go out of his way to find a part for me . I then bought the part down the street at Johnstone HVAC supply; they had it in stock. I won’t so business with Robinson again!!"

"Truck drivers with full size sleeper and 53’ trailer..don’t ⛔️go there ..( it can be done but for what ) they have like 2 other docks could be fine but they not using it"
