Despite the poor weather, they were fast about getting up on the roof and fixing a clogged roof drain which prevented significantly more damage to my condo. They also fixed the damaged roof and drain very quickly. John was excellent at explaining each step of the process and gave lots of updates throughout. Would absolutely recommend and will use again!"

"Right before Christmas, in our new home, our skylight was leaking right over our bed. Our Christmas gift this year was meeting Patrick and his Go Pro Roofing & Construction staff. He immediately came over and started the repair. We have had heavy rains since with no leaks. The day they came over, we also smelled a burn, I asked them to look and they found that our pump control had smoke and was about to start a fire. they fixed that that day, as well. I was surprised to find that they are actually a big team and for that reason they are so knowledgeable and could do anything in construction because there is always someone on the team who knows how to do that thing. This business has been a lifesaver for us. We did get a number of quotes including ACE handyman services and not only was Go Pro Roofing significantly less than others, they were more responsive, on site that day, and were able to start the work right away. More than anything, they are so pleasant and respectful and understanding--had so much empathy, it was nice to feel understood. I could tell that they cared more about making things right for us the way it would work for us rather than making money. We were so impressed that we asked them to remodel our bathroom to make it more disability friendly for our elderly parents who live with us. It is gorgeous! there were a few glitches as usual with remodeling and it was impressive each time how they creatively resolved the issues. "Called and they came out same day to fix a leaking gutter. They identified the issue (silicone/sealant) but instead of just slapping it on there like the builder did, they noticed the gutter wasn’t pitched enough and that was the root cause. The water would always win against the sealant because it was just pooling up and never draining properly. They cleaned the gutter, raises so water wouldn’t stay pooling, and they resealed it. Fantastic ! All of this with no charge."
