"We decided on Top Notch after meeting with several contractors. Ohannes and Moses’ (owners) willingness to work with us and share ideas before we committed to them, and seeing the quality and scope of their other projects gave us the confidence that they could be trusted partners in our project. Our Project Manager, Mike N.’s kind demeanor made the process easier. He was always available to get answers to our questions, and give advice. He also gave suggestions on construction ideas and materials along the way to ensure we would have the best experience for when we live in the home. The team is detail oriented and has very high standards of quality. They made sure all work was done to perfection and to our satisfaction. They conducted quality checks with Ohannes and Lou frequently through the project, and we certainly appreciate the high quality construction details on a daily basis. As with any big construction project, we faced some hurdles. Top Notch has the ability to take accountability, stay true to their word, and conduct matters fairly. Their “make it right” philosophy is something appreciated very much, and solidified our trust in them. Toward the end of the project Mitch and Brian were also extremely helpful and approachable about anything and made us feel valued. If we had any concerns, Mike, along with Mitch and Brian, listened and would tackle any issue right away. We are so grateful to the team for building our home."

"I had an excellent experience working with Alex and Chris Jennings at Top Notch's electrical department! We had many light fixtures to replace and the process from beginning to end was very smooth. Alex was very detailed in not only his work but also the quotation process, ensuring an accurate estimate and no surprises during the completion of the work. Communication was excellent! They also went above and beyond, working in July heat with no A/C and squeezing in a few extra weekend hours to complete the painstaking, detailed work of attaching hundreds of crystals to a chandelier. "We did a whole house renovation with Top Notch and the level of service is above and beyond you could imagine. Not only did we want a beautiful home, we wanted a high performance home that'll take on the harsh New England weather and these guys delivered. From planning to execution to maintenance, they were extremely organized, professional, transparent, and detailed as you can get from a high quality developer. They understand building science and embrace the latest technology but still build with fundamentals. The thing that stood out to me most is how Top Notch handled unexpected events with existing conditions of the house and provided clever solutions that could have derailed the whole project. They're problem solvers and extremely efficient. No project comes without issues and ours was no exception but their ability to take accountability and the "make it right" mentality was exceptional.
